I am curious as to what the standard is nationally or in your province. If there is a National Directive you have, please feel free to pass it along.
Do all members require to be trained under the AMFR standard regardless of their current license including, EMR, PCP, ACP, CCP, LPN, RN, MD?

The national standard is in Section C (Training) of the Medical First Response Services Manual. AMFR1 is "the minimum patient care requirement for performing care as a St. John Ambulance Medical First Responder".
All St. John Ambulance MFR volunteers are required to be certified in MFR, but there is a challenge and equivalency process for current health professionals.
The process for this is outlined in the Instructor guide for the MFR program.
